Justinas Lingevičius graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Political Science in 2014. In 2016 he gained the Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy (Magna Cum Laude) at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science. He already presented research at the international conferences at Stanford (2018) and Birkbeck (2015) Universities.
From 2020, Justinas Lingevičius studies PhD and writes the dissertation “Technologies and Security Perception: Formation of AI Norms in the European Union” (supervisor prof. dr. Dovilė Jakniūnaitė).
