This discussion seeks to foster a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and potential pathways towards accountability for the Russian military’s war crimes committed in Ukraine through an in-depth exploration of the following aspects: Legal challenges and scenarios, International cooperation, Transitional justice, and Ukrainian perspective.
