In 2021 he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from VU TSPMI (Cum Laude), and in 2023 he graduated with a Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis Cum Laude.

Since 2023, he has been studying for his PhD, working on his dissertation on the impact of multidimensional crises on public governance and their horizontal management (supervised by Prof. Dr Vitalis Nakrošis).
