Rugilė Katinaitė holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Vilnius University’s Institute of International Relations and Political Science. In 2022, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science with honors, and in 2024, she completed a master’s program in international relations and diplomacy with honors.
Since 2022, she has been working at the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Lithuania, currently developing cyber security policy in the Cyber Security and IT Policy Group.
Since 2025, he has been a PhD candidate at the IIRPS VU and is preparing a dissertation on “The State, International Western Corporations, and Disruptive Technologies: Challenges to Traditional Governance Models in the Context of International Security” (supervisor: Dr. Florian Rabitz).
