Eglė has been working with leadership (esp. adaptive leadership) phenomena for over 5 years. Adaptive leadership is a leadership concept which is being developed with orientation towards the challenges of XXI century of uncertainty, fast changes, global technological progress as well as ecological and social problems. Egle has a diverse experience of over 15 year in international corporate and business management and over 10 years of teaching and research. Lately she has been studying at Harvard Kennedy School of Government, USA and Kansas Leadership Centre, USA.
