Project idea

The aim of this project is to acquire software related to the application for the European Union’s Horizon Europe general research and innovation program, with the goal of improving the quality, scope, and competitiveness of ongoing and planned R&D activities.

The purchase of MAXQDA software for qualitative data analysis will expand the scope of research conducted by doctoral students and their advisors in the MSCA doctoral network “Russian Influences in the European Periphery: Interdependencies, Narratives, Power” (INFLUENCE), by enabling researchers interested in this topic to conduct studies based on qualitative data (interviews, publicly available information, media content, photographs, or other visual information). This research will contribute to the expansion of knowledge regarding the mechanisms, structures, and connections through which Russian influence manifests itself in Europe, with a focus on the strategically important eastern periphery of Europe—the Baltic states and the Western Balkans.
