I have been leading corporate communications, public relations, and crisis management for more than 10 years. A political scientist by education, a social innovator, and an experienced communicator in professional field, I like leading teams to achieve unique data-driven solutions. My skills and professional experience have been formed while working in four different sectors: private (corporate business), governmental (Advisor to President of Lithuania D. Grybauskaitė), non-governmental (Founder and CEO of “MaMaDu” – an early child development program for caregivers), and academia (fellow at Harvard university). As a former diplomat and public servant, I am a strong negotiator, capable of bringing different stakeholders to the table. As a public relations expert, I know how to build a climate of trust and maintain partnerships with policymakers, media, and communication partners. I have been a spokesperson to advocate various issues in national and international media. I have been teaching Negotiations since 2024.
