Marijus is a PhD student at the Institute. He holds a MA in European Studies (Magna Cum Laude diploma) and BSc in Economics from Vilnius University. He is Head of Economic Policy Analysis division at the Bank of Lithuania. He also held various positions at Statistics Lithuania and was an Advisor to the Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund.
