Doc. dr. Margarita Šešelgytė VU TSPMI Direktoriaus pavaduotoja studijoms. Prieš tai Dr. Margarita Šešelgytė dirbo Baltijos Gynybos Koledže (Tartu, Estija) bei Jono Žemaičio Lietuvos karo akademijoje. 2007 m. Margarita Šešelgytė VU TSPMI apgynė disertaciją apie bendrą ES gynybos identitetą.
