On the occasion of study visit of the members of BOW Students Association from the Netherlands, Roudboud University of Nijmegen, IIRPS invites to an open lecture of Liudas Jurkonis on the reform of public administration institutions in Lithuania. The lecture will take place at 10 am on Tuesday, February 21, at the Conference hall of the IIRPS (room 402). The lecture in English will be followed by discussion.

Afterwards, at 7 pm you are welcome to join for informal welcome evening with Dutch students at "Būsi trečias" (18 Totorių str. Vilnius).
